Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Fusion app and the Fusion web player (together, "Fusion"), provided by Fusion Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account, joining a party or otherwise using Fusion, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Fusion.
1. Using Fusion
Fusion lets a host play music that every phone in the party plays in sync, and lets guests chat, share photos, send reactions and play party games. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for digital services in your country) to use Fusion. You're responsible for your account and for what happens in parties you host.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Fusion. You may not post, send or share – in chat messages, photos, names, profile photos, party names or in any other way – content that:
- is hateful, discriminatory, or attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits;
- is sexual or pornographic, or sexualizes minors in any way;
- harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone, or encourages self-harm or violence;
- is spam, a scam, or impersonates someone else;
- is illegal, or infringes anyone's rights (including copyright and privacy).
Fusion filters offensive words automatically. Anyone can report a message, photo or person (long-press a chat message, or tap ⋮ next to a person) and block someone, so neither of you sees the other's messages and they can't join your parties or invite you. Hosts can delete any message in their party and remove guests.
We review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and ban the users who posted it from Fusion, without notice.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store and show it to the members of the party you share it in, only as needed to run Fusion. Chat messages and photos are deleted when the party ends; reported content is kept as long as needed to review it.
4. Music
Fusion plays songs for parties you take part in. Use it for personal, non-commercial gatherings, and respect the rights of artists and the rules of the services songs come from. Some songs may be unavailable.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Fusion: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get unauthorized access to Fusion or its servers, and no automated use (bots, scraping).
6. Ending your use
You can stop using Fusion and delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete Account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Fusion is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content posted by other users.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we make important changes we'll let you know in the app; continuing to use Fusion means you accept them.
